Las emociones intensas afectan cómo tomamos decisiones y cómo interactuamos con los demás. Además, sugiere que quienes tienen habilidades de inteligencia emocional ( como el autoconocimiento y el autocontrol ) pueden manejar esas emociones, evitando que afecten negativamente sus decisiones o sus relaciones.
Hypothesis
Regarding emotions, we believe that students at the Angela Restrepo Moreno educational institution show significantly higher levels of stress and anxiety during exam week compared to regular school weeks.
